Nach der LAN ist vor der LAN ! Das Runde muss in's Eckige usw... :D

Weiter geht es mit der Planung für die nächste GSH:

Die Gamesession Hannover 2018 #1 wird vom 23. März - 25. März 2018 stattfinden.

Wir werden an unserer Größe von 618 Plätzen und den Räumlichkeiten weiter festhalten!
Die in den Bewertungen angebrachte Kritik und Anregungen versuchen wir natürlich so weit wie möglich umzusetzen.

Hier die beiden wichtigsten Themen:

Anmeldestart: gleich (15:00Uhr)

Sitzplatzreservierung: Sonntag, den 26. November 2017, ab 20Uhr.

Wir bieten euch zudem wieder den folgenden Service an:

Große Teams bekommen wieder die Möglichkeit über eine Sammelreservierung noch vor der eigentlichen Sitzplatzreservierung ihre Plätze zu reservieren. Zu diesem Zweck schickt ihr uns eine Mail mit den zu setzenden Personen (Nicknames und User-ID) und den gewünschten Plätzen an: reservierung@gsh-lan.com
Die Reservierungen werden entsprechend des Eingangsdatums bearbeitet. Aus diesem Grund evtl. auch einen oder mehrere Ausweichwünsche angeben.

Die Reservierung wird nur berücksichtigt, wenn alle unten genannten Bedingungen erfüllt sind. Sollte eine dieser Bedingungen nicht erfüllt sein, dann wird die Reservierung nicht berücksichtigt.

  • Die Sammelreservierung gilt nur ab einer Gruppe von mindestens 10 Personen.
  • Es müssen neben den Nicks und der User-ID die jeweils gewünschten Sitzplätze angegeben werden. Beachtet bitte, dass der 18er Bereich nur für Teilnehmer über 18 Jahren ist!
  • Zum Zeitpunkt der Mail müssen alle benannten Personen für die LAN angemeldet sein und auf Status "bezahlt" stehen
  • Wir nehmen pro Gruppe nur eine Reservierung entgegen. Ein nachträgliches Anfügen von weiteren Usern ist nicht möglich.

Sobald die eigentliche Sitzplatzreservierung gestartet ist endet dieser Service!
In der Vergangenheit hat sich gezeigt, dass die Plätze schnell ausverkauft sind - ihr solltet euch also beeilen ;)
