Wie ihr ja sicherlich wisst, müssen alle Teilnehmer, die zum Beginn der LAN noch keine 18 Jahre alt sind, unsere Vereinbarung zur Übertragung der Aufsichtspflicht ausfüllen und unterschrieben mit zur LAN bringen.

Bisher war diese Vereinbarung eine einfache PDF-Seite. Leider hat sich in der Vergangenheit gezeigt, dass nicht jede Vereinbarung lesbar beschrieben war :)
Wir haben daher ein Formular daraus gebaut, so dass ihr sowohl eure Daten als auch die Daten der Aufsichtsperson und der Eltern bequem am Rechner eintragen könnt. Am Ende wird daraus wieder ein PDF erstellt, welches ihr wieder ausdrucken und unterschreiben müsst.

Sollte jemand schon die "alte" Vereinbarung fertig gemacht haben, könnt ihr diese auch noch verwenden.
