Hallo,
und zwar habe ich folgendes Problem. Ich habe heute auf der Arbeit erfahren, dass ich ende April 2 Wochen nach Juist fliege, was ja gar nicht so schlecht ist. Dass Problem jedoch ist, dass genau dann die GSH stattfindet ich aber schon alles bezahlt habe etc. ..
Meine Frage: Gibt es die möglichkeit der Rückerstattung ?

Die Teilnehmer haben Recht auf Rückerstattung des Unkostenbeitrages bis 14 Tage vor Beginn der Veranstaltung ohne Angabe von Gründen. Danach verfällt dieses Recht, bei besonders begründbaren Fällen, wird im Einzelfall über eine Rückerstattung auch nach dem Termin entschieden. Sollte der Veranstalter gezwungen sein die Veranstaltung abzusagen oder zu verschieben werden die Unkostenbeiträge selbstverständlich umgehend rücküberwiesen.
