Einlass und Kontrollsysteme

Viele von Euch werden sich sicherlich fragen: "Wie läuft das am Einlass eigentlich ab? Was muss ich mitbringen? Wie werden Ü18 und U18 unterschieden?" usw.
Mit diesem Artikel möchten wir Euch einen Großteil dieser Fragen beantworten. Der Text gliedert sich in zwei Bereiche: Im ersten Teil wird der grundsätzliche Ablauf vorgestellt. Im zweiten Teil haben wir ein kleines FAQ zu diesem Thema erstellt.

Grundsätzlicher Ablauf des Einlass:

Wenn Ihr auf der LAN ankommt, könnt Ihr Euren Rechner, Monitor usw. er einmal beruhigt im Auto lassen.
Für den Einlass braucht Ihr den noch nicht - er behindert eher.

Wichtig hingegen ist, dass Ihr Euren Personalausweis, Reisepass, Führerschein oder ein sonstiges beglaubigtes Ausweisdokument (inkl. Lichtbild) mit bringt; solltet Ihr unter 18 sein, vergesst bitte die Einverständniserklärung nicht.

Nun stellt Ihr Euch am Einlass, der jeweiligen Halle in der Ihr Euren Sitzplatz habt, an; wenn ihr Euren Platz in der 18er Halle habt, könnt Ihr direkt dorthin gehen.
Um diesen am Anfang zu beschleunigen haben wir mehrere Einlass-Counter.

Dort legt Ihr Euren Ausweis (und die Einverständniserklärung) vor. Unsere Einlass-Orga werden Euch dann im System anhand des Namens suchen. Damit es hier keine Probleme gibt solltet Ihr also Vor- und Nachname (und natürlich das Geburtsdatum) korrekt in Eurem Profil auf unserer Seite eingetragen haben!

Seid Ihr erfolgreich im System registriert bekommt Ihr von den Orgas ein Armband und mind. zwei Aufkleber.
Das Armband ist für die Alterskontrolle: Ein rotes bekommen alle UNTER 18 Jahren, ein grünes alle ÜBER 18 Jahren.
Dieses Bändchen müsst ihr direkt anlegen (wir helfen Euch auch gern dabei) und ist IMMER zu tragen und auf Nachfrage vorzuzeigen.

Die beiden Aufkleber sind für den PC und den Monitor. Auf dem Aufkleber steht unter anderem Eure ID und ein Barcode. Diese identifizieren Euch eindeutig im System. Beim Auslass soll damit sichergestellt werden, dass nur Ihr selbst Eure Sachen aus der Halle tragen könnt.

Sobald Ihr das Bändchen umgemacht und die Aufkleber auf dem PC und dem Monitor angebracht habt, könnt Ihr Euer Zeug durch den Hardware-Einlass an Euren Platz bringen.
