Ich hab da mal so eine Idee....

Was halten denn die Linuxianer unter euch davon, auf der GSH einen eigenen Block zu bilden? Nicht dass wir uns abschotten wollen, sondern gemeinsam Front machen gegen das kommerzielle Betriebssystem Windows.
Ich habe auf der GSH 18 erlebt, dass doch einige von euch Linux als das Betriebssystem der Zukunft puschen wollen und stelle das einfach mal zur Diskussion.

Btw. -----> Ich hab auch Windows auf dem Rechner, ist manchmal einfacher die aufgeputschten Windows Spiele zu spielen.
Aber so könnten wir der Allgemeinheit mal die Vielfältigkeit und die Vorzüge von Linux präsentieren.

Was sagt ihr zu meinem Vorschlag?
Für Kritik ( auch negativer ;-) ) bin ich immer offen. Ich kann mich ja wehren.

Also ich wäre natürlich voll dafür - wir müssten halt nur dafür sorgen, dass genug Leute vorher überweisen um uns zusammen einen Platz zu sichern.

Eventuell kann man da aber auch was über die Orgas regeln *liebguck*

ich finde den ansatz gut, nur müßte ich mich von meinen jungs weg setzen. ich denke außer mir gibt es wohl auch andere die das müßten! daher glaube ich, dass die idee einer linux ecke nicht gerade eine mega beteiligung stößt. jedoch kann ich mich auch irren!!!

*in eigener sache: mit was spielt ihr?? wine only, cedega oder playONlinux??

Ich warte nur darauf, dass in einem halben Jahr ein Patch kommt, der das Logo von Windows 7 in Linux wandelt.Da ja Windows 7 viel von Linux nun endlich drin hat, was wir schon lange nutzen.
Ich hab mit Gentoo angefangen und bin nun bei Arch gelandet. Ubuntu, Ubuntu SPARC, Suse und noch andere hab ich auch schon probiert.

@RBH-Bookwood -> wir haben doch nichts gegen deine Mates, die bekommen dann von uns auf dem freien Platz Ubuntu Linux drauf, nur zum testen und dann haben wir sie eingemeindet ;-)

Es geht um die Grafik...

Fände die Idee gar nicht so schlecht, da wir eh relativ selten sechs Plätze nebeneinander kriegen (die Csler flamen einfach so lange rum bis si ihn bekommen), macht es mir auch nichts aus bei euch zu sitzten.
Wir sollten einfach Flagge zeigen: Mit Linux kann man super spielen!

8tImER: Je nach Einstellung des Users hat Linux eine grafische Oberfläche oder nicht.
Und je nach Einstellung des Users verwendet dieser auch ein bestimmtes Linux, sei es Debian oder Arch oder Gentoo oder was weiß ich. Also fang damit erst gar nicht an, hat keinen Zweck.

Nicht mal auf so offensichtliche Köder springt hier wer an... ^^
Gemeint war natürlich, dass "Linux" eigentlich nichts weiter als der Kernel ist und die meisten Betriebssysteme, die Linux einsetzen, eigentlich "GNU/Linux" heißen müssten.
